In case you are not aware...GitHub released an online code editor based on VSCode. In this tutorial, we go over how to quickly edit your repos using this online editor.
It is basically VSCode in the browser, but with no computer behind the scenes, and it's free!
You can access the editor by simply pressing "." on your keyboard or by going to https://github.dev/. You can create new repos, or edit your files from one single location. If you love VSCode, you will love this editor. It is familiar and can sync between your VSCode installation and the browser.
Also, did I mention it is free? There are paid plans if you want a more full experience using GitHub's CodeSpaces, but for the most part, this online editor should do the job.
