If you ever use passwords in your applications, allowing a user to show or hide a password is a must that helps your users ensure they are adding the correct password. This tutorial will cover how to build your hide/show password field that you can easily add to any application or website.

We will use a password toggle with javascript to show or hide multiple password fields. This code can be used anywhere and can be reused for all fields if needed. If you are building an application using JS for iPhone or Android, this password visibility toggle will also work.

By the end of this tutorial, you should be able to toggle password visibility with the click of an embedded SVG.
